➠I accept commission requests through Twitter DMS only at the moment.
➠I HAVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE artwork that I BELIEVE WOULDN'T SUIT MY ART STYLE AND FOR OTHER reasonS.
➠Mode of payment is Paypal only AND will be bought through PayPal Invoice. prices are in usd.
➠PAYMENT IS STRICTLY UPFRONT.
➠STRICTLY NO REFUND. IF YOU'RE UNSURE THEN PLEASE CONTEMPLATE WITH YOURSELF FIRST BEFORE MESSAGING ME.
➠All commissioned pieces will be delivered digitally. This means no physical product will be shipped to you.
➠IN THE SKETCHING PHASE, EVERY REVISION IS FREE OF CHARGE. MAJOR changes after the sketch is approved will incur additional fees. Deadlines may also be extended depending on the nature and difficulty of the revision.
➠I reserve the right to use the commissioned artwork to promote myself on my own platforms. Please do inform me if the commissioned artwork needs to be temporarily kept secret.
➠Please use with credit!➠client must provide a visual reference for me. I will not design the client's character entirely. minor design changes with the approval of the character design are okay.
➠client will be updated during Sketches and drafts. Further Updates WILL BE provided upon request.
➠Client is not allowed to resell illustrations commissioned for personal use.ADDITIONAL T.O.S FOR LIVE2D ART COMMISSIONS:➠PRICE INCLUDES COMMERCIAL FEE.
➠.PSD file will be sent to YOU AFTER I FINISH THE REQUEST.
➠Turn around time is up to 3 weeks to 2 MONTHS to complete your live2d. These estimations may change depending on design complexity.
➠note me in advance if your live2d model would have a special rigging feature and if you're planning to have an animation that requires the live2d model to be drawn and separated in a certain way.
➠MINOR ADJUSTMENT(more Void filling, more separation) FOR COMMON RIGGING PURPOSE IS ABSOLUTELY FREE.
➠certain body types I'm not too aware of (like chubby body, insanely muscular body, and other unique body types in live2d) might require more time.
➠Sketching phase is the chance to tell me whether you want something to be changed, please be clear and let me know.
➠The responsibility is on you to ensure your order contains the details you want me to follow.
➠upgrading a half-body live2d art commission to a full-body one will incur additional fees. (For example you commissioned me a half-body model which has a base price of 500usd, and since full body one has a base price of 900usd, you'll only need to pay 400usd+15% of it which is 60usd.) additional fees would not apply to commission OPENING notice without full body option.
➠RESELLING IS OKAY BUT YOU CAN'T SELL IT HIGHER THAN THE PRICE YOU'VE PAID. IN ADDITION, PLEASE NOTIFY ME IF YOU EVER PLAN TO DO SO.
